Few things are more pathetic than looking at the abandoned twitter stream of a business. They start off robust and full of hope before dwindling to a few short screeds touting some sale before finally growing stale and stopping cold. Does this sound familiar?

A column of updates is every columnist’s favorite crutch when ideas aren’t flowing and blogging is no different. But of  course, I am doing an update column because I think that some of the previous topics I’ve written about earlier are worth updating, not because I’m suffering from a lack of ideas.

It's awesome, but is it cool enough to tolerate a bad cellphone carrier?

iPhone, iPhone, iPhone – some days that’s all I seem to hear. But underneath all the chatter I also hear this ongoing thread: “I wish Verizon had the iPhone because AT&T’s network is just plain awful”  or “I want an iPhone but not with AT&T” or in a boon for Blackberry “I wanted an iPhone but AT&T’s network blows, so I got a Blackberry on Verizon”.
